Tired of having to remember which exercises were part of a specific workout posted by Jeff Cavaliere on Youtube? You don’t have to anymore!
AX-Workouts provides the workouts freely published by Jeff Cavaliere in a handy app format. Take them which you where ever you go and never forget an exercise anymore!
As of now this app doesn’t replace the indepth explanations given by Jeff in the videos. It is assumed that you already watched them and know what the specific exercises are and how to perform them. AX-Workouts is just here to help you reminding them. That being said, I’m constantly adding new videos showing the exercises and further tips to the workouts to make it easier to follow along without having to go back to the youtube videos.
Furthermore this app can take you through the workouts for you to follow along, so you only have to focus on the current exercise and can always keep track of your overall workout time and rest periods.

How to Install AX Workouts App on Android?
- Get the APK file of AX Workouts from the respective download link
- Install the Split APK installer app and then install this APK using that. (or) follow the below instructions
- Enable app install from Unknown Sources to install apps from a third-party app other than Google Play Store APP.
To do that go to Settings and search the word unknown– For Android Nougat or lower version click on Unknown sources and enable that setting.
– For Android Oreo or later, clicking on Install unknown apps which will take you to a list of apps. Select the actual app through which you want to install the AX Workouts app.
Or you can do it other way: Let’s say, you have downloaded the AX Workouts APK file on Google chrome or firefox browser on your phone.
Go to Settings > Apps & notifications or go to Settings > search for unknown > Open the app (Chrome, Firefox or file manager app etc) > Install unknown apps and enable Allow from this source
